Born and raised in a small, rural village in Kenya, Elizabeth has worked in hospitals across Kenya and West Africa, and with the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). Elizabeth is a dedicated chronic disease epidemiologist with a master’s degree in Epidemiology. She has traveled to over 30 countries for conferences and projects, bringing a global perspective to her work. Elizabeth is also the founder of Champions of Women’s Hope, an organization that empowers young women and transforms lives. A passionate writer, she’s ghostwritten over 25 non-fiction books in health and fitness and has published two books under her own pen name.
