    2025/01/13

Do you trust God enough to honor the Sabbath, or are you carrying the weight of work each and every day? Author and speaker Eryn Lynum was diagnosed with Addison's disease in her teen years and had to learn proper stress management and rest--or else she could die. Listen to how Eryn has chosen to actively plan for and protect Sabbatical rest for herself and her family, and how God has been faithful to give strength and energy for the other six days of work. God's math works! When we honor this commandment we WILL get done all the work that is necessary throughout the week, and our souls will be refreshed as God intended.
