This week we're taking it back to a time when Adele had us rolling in the deep, Beyonce was becoming a mom and Courtney was heading off to college. This will be a two parter, so get ready to laugh (and maybe throw up) during part 1 when Courtney takes a walk down memory lane. Her obsession with volleyball got her a full ride to college, but the rest she had to figure out on her own including stopping her people pleasing ways, saying no to a cult, dealing with teammate drama, and giving up on her dream job of a choreographer/interior design.

Gossip Folks! A great Missy Elliott song and also a topic that can seem somewhat unavoidable in a corporate setting. This week Courtney and Victoria are sharing their experiences with workplace gossip and their advice on how to handle uncomfortable situations.
