Releasing Thoughts of Anger, Shame, Hate, Blame - Aligning with Unconditional Love #2

  • サマリー

  • "We are not held back by the love we didn't RECEIVE in the past but by the love we're not extending in the present" Marianne Williamson - one of my favorite A Course in Miracles teachers! I can't recommend this important book enough; I have been a student & practitioner for about 16 years now... Continuing our June series with focus on how to align with unconditional love / God the Creator / Source --however we phrase this presence --- the Bigger Part of us that also lives within us, and with Whom we can connect for guidance on how to make this journey around the sun more wonderful.

Paying attention to our thoughts of shame and unworthiness in the personal sphere (intimate relationships, family), professional (work, school) and public (governance and community levels).

It's black and white, and that is actually both comforting but hard. If our thoughts, even if we want to make a change, are loving and see the Creator in those around us, then we're on the mark. If we are filled with anger, hate, frustration, then we are not aligned with unconditional love and we can't view the world through God's eyes, and we can't make lasting change in a successful way. Using the anchors of breath, listening and body to ground us through this thought & release process.
