As a former ministry leader and pastor’s wife, I faced misguided judgment, criticism, and misinformed opinions (often based on faulty theology) within the church. After enduring years of judgment and shame, I chose to spiritually fall asleep. Nearly a decade later, I woke up to the realization that my identity hadn’t changed because of divorce. God’s call on my life remained unchanged. I discovered that the same is true for you. Whether in ministry or the marketplace, your divine calling persists despite divorce. In this podcast you will find encouragement to walk free from judgements from yourself or others, and reclaim your identity. My mission (and I’ve chosen to accept it) is to equip Christian divorced and divorced leadership in the church to rise up, reclaim, and step out into the ministry God place on their heart.     A former volleyball, basketball, and tennis coach, Toni found her calling in life coaching, where she excels in building relationships and fostering trust by accepting individuals for who they are, regardless of their circumstances or success levels.

    Living in Frisco, TX, Toni is a dedicated mother to Taylor (and his wife Jordan) and Cameron. She is also a proud grandmother to 14-month-old Barrett. Her podcast, Start Your Comeback, is available on all major podcast platforms.

    Toni holds a BS degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Texas Tech University and is a Certified Life Coach Practitioner from the Certified Coaching Federation (CCF) since 2015. She shares her insights and advice on her blog at tonithrash.com.

    Hi everyone!

    Weålcome to the Rise & Reclaim After Divorce Podcast where you will discover how to rise, live, and reclaim your life as a Divorced Christian. I’m your host, Dana Williams, and I have a heart to help those navigating the sandstorm of divorce and the aftermath of pain and judgment.

    Episode Overview:

    You will find a few episodes that are just listed as “prayer for … and then the need” I did this so that you had a place to go if you needed prayer in these areas but didn't know how to pray, or that you wanted somebody to pray over you. I also put a short encouragement before each prayer.

    I want you to feel free to come back to these as often as you need them. You will find the scriptures used in each prayer below should you need them.
