    In this episode, we speak with Pooja Rai, founder & CEO of Anthill Creations, a nonprofit that makes play accessible and affordable for all kids by building low-cost, sustainable playgrounds made from scrap tires and industrial waste. In just five years, they have built around 300 playgrounds, impacting over 200,000 children in 18 states across India, and have recently scaled to build roughly 30 playgrounds every month.

Aravind is a for-profit social venture with a mission to provide compassionate and quality eye care that is affordable to all. The organization has successfully created a financially-sustainable healthcare delivery model over the last 40 years while becoming the world’s largest provider of eye-care services.
