  • This Isn’t About Doing More. It’s About Doing It Differently
    2025/07/24

In this milestone episode, I’m not showing up because everything feels polished or perfectly timed. I’m showing up because my voice still matters, even in the middle of the chaos.

This episode is for the woman who’s already made the leap. Who’s navigating motherhood, healing, scheduling doctors’ appointments, reworking business timelines, and still trying to trust herself through it all.

We talk about slowing down boldly, walking away from urgency, adjusting when things feel too heavy, and choosing to build something meaningful, not just fast.

If you’ve been feeling like you’re not doing enough, I hope this reminds you:

    You’re not behind. You’re becoming.

And you don’t have to do it alone.

  • Still Showing Up, Even in the Messy Middle
    2025/07/17

This one’s short and honest. I’m recording from a family cabin trip, in the middle of real life, kids, doctor appointments, and all the chaos because I still want to show up.

This is your reminder: you don’t have to wait for perfect conditions to grow.
Even in the messy middle, you can come back to yourself.
Even in the noise, you can take one intentional minute.

In this quick check-in episode, we:

    • Revisit the journal prompts from Episode 8
    • Introduce a simple 60-second practice I call the One-Minute Truth Drop
    • Talk about why small daily awareness is where transformation really starts

Need a reset? Here are your prompts:

    1. What belief keeps showing up that holds me back?
    2. What’s the truth I want to believe instead?
    3. What’s one thing I can do this week to regulate or ground myself?
    4. Where am I acting from an old pattern?
    5. What’s my WHY and is it strong enough to carry me through discomfort?

Set a timer. Pick one. Drop into your truth.

  • Cutting Through the Bullsh*t
    2025/07/10

We’re getting honest in this one. This episode is all about what it actually takes to grow, not just when everything is calm and aesthetic, but in the real-life moments when doubt, distraction, and old patterns try to pull you back.

    We’re talking belief.
    We’re talking resistance.
We’re talking about the messy middle and how to move through it with intention.

Because let’s be clear: you don’t just wake up one day and feel healed.

You have to choose it. Again and again.

And if your “why” isn’t strong enough… the bullsh*t will win.

    We cover:

    • The mindset shift that changed everything for me
    • How I use Human Design (Emotional Authority) to make decisions
    • Tools to come back to your grounded state (journaling, movement, ritual, and more)
    • A real conversation about thresholds, resistance, and reclaiming belief

    Journal Prompts from Today:

    1. What belief keeps showing up that holds me back?
    2. What’s the truth I want to believe instead?
    3. What’s one thing I can do this week to regulate my emotions or feel grounded?
    4. Where am I acting from an old pattern?
    5. What’s my WHY — and is it strong enough to carry me through discomfort?

  • Healing Through the Storm: Tending to the Inner Child in the Eye of Chaos
    2025/07/03

This episode is one of those I needed to speak more than script.

Over the weekend, a literal storm rolled through, thunder shaking the walls, lightning lighting up the sky and I found myself in the basement, rocking my baby while my boys slept and I stayed wide awake. I felt fear rise in my body, not just from the storm, but from something deeper. A part of me I hadn’t comforted in a long time.

Days later, when another kind of fear came up, one rooted in being misunderstood, judged, and silenced, I didn’t shove it down. I went to the mirror. I let myself speak the words I needed to hear as a little girl. I let the tears and anger move through. I reclaimed something I had once given away just to fit in.

    This episode is about that.
    The fear.
    The memory.
The voice I gave back to myself.

If you’ve ever felt like your emotions were “too much,”
If you’ve ever been told to shrink, quiet down, or get over it…
    This one’s for you.

You don’t have to go back to who you were.
You’re becoming who you were always meant to be.

  • Healing While Holding It All
    2025/06/26

What happens when you’re healing, building, mothering, and dreaming all at once?

You don’t get to pause life to do the inner work. You do it while holding everything else. It’s messy. It’s emotional. It’s beautiful. And you’re not alone in it.

In this episode, I’m opening up about how control became my safety net, especially through college, early career, and motherhood and how I’m learning to soften. Not to let everything go, but to stop gripping so tightly.

    Inside this episode, I share:

    • How the little girl in me took control to keep me safe and how I’m finally learning to hold her
    • What it looks like to raise emotionally aware children while also learning emotional regulation myself
    • The behind-the-scenes of building this podcast, The Collective, a legacy brand for my kids… while still unraveling generational patterns I didn’t know were there
    • Why healing in the messy middle is just as sacred as healing in stillness

This one is a little raw, a little real, and a big reminder that just because it’s heavy… doesn’t mean you’re doing it wrong.

    Journal & Inner Reflection Practice

After you listen, I’d love for you to take a few minutes for this check-in. Ground your feet, take a deep breath, and reflect or journal on these:

    1. What am I currently holding that no longer belongs to me?
    2. Where am I gripping too tightly out of fear or habit?
    3. What does my inner girl, the one who just wants to feel safe, need from me right now?
    4. How can I honor my pain without identifying with it?
    5. What does safe emotional release look like for me today? (Screaming into a pillow? Movement? Crying in the car? Talking to someone I trust?)

    End with this reminder:
“It’s okay to feel this. I don’t have to hold it all alone. I’m doing the work, even when it’s messy.”

  • Letting Go of the Old Version of Me
    2025/06/19

This episode feels like a journal entry I wasn’t sure I’d ever share.

It’s me opening up about the girl I used to be.
The one who wanted to be liked.
The one who tried to be everything for everyone.
The one who never felt fully seen or fully enough.

I talk about the stories that shaped me, from trying to fit in as a little girl, to doubting my worth in college, to not feeling lovable in my own marriage for a long time. Even though I was loved deeply.

    And then postpartum hit.
    And I unraveled.

It’s taken time (and a lot of tears) to finally start seeing myself clearly and to let go of the version of me I built to survive.

If you’re in that in-between, between who you were and who you’re becoming, this one’s for you.

    You’re not broken.
    You’re not behind.
    You’re just becoming.

  • The Cydnie Jocelyn Collective - The Why Behind It
    2025/06/12

This episode is the heart of it all.

I’m opening up about the real story behind The Cydnie Jocelyn Collective.

The part that was shaped through postpartum, anxiety, hospital visits, burnout, and the quiet unraveling I carried alone for too long.

It’s the story of what led me to finally say: enough.

    In this episode, I share:
🌱 What it felt like to lose myself while trying to hold everything together
🌱 The moment I hit a wall and decided to build something for women like me
🌱 The mission, vision, and values that anchor this movement
🌱 Why this space isn’t about perfection, it’s about becoming

If you’ve ever been in a season where your soul feels heavy, where you're surviving more than living, this is for you.

You're not alone in it. And you were never meant to do it alone.

  • The Pause That Changed Everything
    2025/06/05

This episode isn’t about a dramatic breakthrough, it’s about what comes after. The pause. The “what now” when real life keeps moving but you’re trying to find your footing. I share the daily rituals that help me show up, like journaling without judgment, dancing barefoot, and simply being present with my kids. They’re small deposits, not solutions. But if you’re feeling lost, overwhelmed, or unsure where to begin… maybe start with just 15 minutes. This is what’s helping me, maybe it’ll help you too.
