    Are your mornings feeling chaotic and stressful? Follow these 5 simple steps to bring more peace and calmness to your mornings.

    Make your mornings easier by preparing the night before. Lay out your clothes, pack your bags, and set the table for breakfast. This will save you time and reduce morning stress.

    Establish a consistent bed time routine to ensure a good night's sleep. Switch off all electronic devices an hour before bed, read a book, or practice relaxation techniques. A good night's sleep will leave you refreshed and ready to tackle the day.

    Start your day with a moment of prayer or meditation. This can help calm your mind, set positive intentions, and bring a sense of peace before you even get out of bed.

    Engage in some form of exercise in the morning. Whether it's a brisk walk, yoga, or a quick workout, physical activity in the morning boosts endorphins, increases energy, and reduces stress levels.

  • How I Find Joy When I Am Feeling Stuck
    2023/06/29

    Welcome to my podcast! In this episode, I share a few things I do when I'm feeling stuck and need to find some joy in my life.

    The first thing I do is try to regain a heavenly perspective. I remind myself that I am a child of God and that He has a plan for me. This helps to give me a sense of peace and purpose.

    Another thing I do is focus on things that are within my control. I can't control everything in my life, but there are things I can control, such as my thoughts, my actions, and my attitude. When I focus on these things, I feel more empowered and less helpless.

    I also try to celebrate tiny victories. Sometimes it's the little things that can make a big difference. Maybe I finished a project at work, or I managed to get through a workout. Whatever it is, I try to acknowledge it and feel good about it.
