We’re in this together, and my mission is to support, inspire, and advocate for families like ours.

    • New Partnership with 1st Phorm – I’ve joined 1st Phorm as a Legionnaire to help others improve their health. This isn’t about making money—it’s about sharing tools that have genuinely helped me and my family.

  • With Kailee: Love, Laughter & The Realities of Our Relationship
    2025/02/14

Hey, What's Up! It's Tommy. In this episode of Spectrum in Camouflage, I’m bringing my wife, Kailee, back on the show! We’re diving deep into what makes our marriage work, the struggles we’ve faced, and how we navigate life as parents of an autistic child. From finding our roles in marriage to dealing with stress, emotions, and personal growth, we cover it all—while sprinkling in some humor along the way.

    We’re Opening Up About:
    • The ups and downs of our relationship and how we make it work.
    • The challenges of running a business while raising a family.
    • The importance of not keeping score in marriage.
    • How giving each other grace has helped us grow as a couple.
    • The role of faith and personal development in strengthening our bond.
    • Why I spend time hunting—and why Kailee supports it.
    • How to separate stress from struggles in parenting and marriage.
Practical Tips for a Stronger Marriage:
    • Don't cover yourself with leaves – A powerful lesson from our faith that helps us stop the blame game.
    • Find what fills your cup – Whether it’s hobbies, time alone, or just taking a breather, self-care is key.
    • Serve each other selflessly – Because relationships thrive on mutual support.
    • Don’t let stress divide you – Learn to separate life stress from relationship stress so it doesn’t drive a wedge between you.
    Key Takeaways:
    • Supporting each other is key—especially in the face of parenting challenges.
    • Communication matters—saying what you need and acknowledging emotions can prevent resentment.
    • Marriage is a work in progress—and that's okay! It’s about growing together, not having it all figured out.
    • Faith and perspective can change everything.

  • Why I Have to Live Forever: This Dad's Realization
    2025/02/07

Hey, What's Up! It's Tommy. Today, I want to share an experience that hit me hard and gave me some much-needed clarity about the direction of this show. If you're navigating life as a parent of a child with autism, or just trying to be the best version of yourself, I think you’ll connect with this one.

    Key Takeaways:
    • Reflecting on the Journey – The feedback from my episode with my wife was amazing! It’s a reminder that sharing openly helps others know they’re not alone.
    • Finding Structure in Chaos – Joe, my producer, has been encouraging me to create a more structured approach to keep the show rolling. That includes bringing my wife on monthly and keeping consistent content coming your way.
    • The Power of Respect and Awareness – Inspired by Chris (aka the Undereducated Felon on TikTok), I’ve been reminded of how crucial it is to presume competence in our kids. Just because they’re nonverbal doesn’t mean they aren’t listening, feeling, and understanding everything around them.
    • A Wake-Up Call in the Snow – A simple game of hide-and-seek with my son Wyatt turned into an emotional realization. When I ducked behind a tree, he panicked immediately. The fear in his voice when he called for me hit me like a ton of bricks. Our kids might not fully grasp danger, but they absolutely understand fear—and that’s something we, as parents, must always be mindful of.
    • The Urgency of Health – That moment made me realize: I have to live forever. Of course, that’s impossible, but what it means is that I need to do everything I can to be strong, healthy, and present for my son as long as possible. That’s why I’m doubling down on my physical and mental health, and I want to bring you along for the journey.
    • New Direction for the Show – Moving forward, I’ll be dedicating at least one episode a month to health—our health as parents and caregivers. I’m also working with a company to bring insights on supplements, fitness, and ways to sustain our energy for the long haul.
    • Giving Back – I’ve been blessed with incredible mentors and support in business and life, and I realize that many people don’t have that. I want to be that voice for you. Whether it’s parenting, business, or just life in general, I’m here to help in any way I can.
