In today's video we are pleased to bring you John Zarbock! Spending most of his life in the military, John has always had to keep health and fitness at the front of his mind. After retiring, he went on to create BioFit here in St. Louis, a company based on using machines and high intensity workouts to boil down workouts to their absolute necessary components and cutting out all the superfluous down time! We entered the experience with a healthy dose of skepticism, but after going through a session ourselves - we have to admit, this is an effective and TOTALLY different means of looking at fitness!
