    Karen Gibson is a former three-star Army general and combat veteran who served over 33 years in the U.S. Army, culminating her career as Deputy Director of National Intelligence. In 2021, following the January 6th attack on the Capitol, she was appointed Senate Sergeant at Arms—becoming one of only 42 people in U.S. history to hold that position. Karen has led intelligence operations across the globe, from Central Command to the coalition that dismantled ISIS’s caliphate. Today, she’s a keynote speaker and national security consultant, sharing hard-earned leadership lessons from the battlefield to the Capitol.
