NOTE: This is a do-over from a previously published episode of the same title and subject. Due to some faulty recording and technical issues, that upload was awful and did not meet our high audio quality standards. So here we go again. Please enjoy the cleaner, new, and improved version!
Welcome back or welcome to The Stop Parenting & Start Coaching Podcast! Are you a juggler? Now for you non-jugglers before you answer no, ask yourself "Am I a parent?" If you answered "Yes!" then guess what? You ARE a juggler!
And if you're the parent of a teen athlete or performer you are doing your best acrobatics as you juggle family, school, sports, and performance activities for the kids you love so much.
So let's dive into the circus of juggling the chainsaws and bowling pins of parenting life! We'll then work our way up a Ladder and then climb back down before we fall off. Eventually we really just want to put down the chainsaws, bowling pins, and ladders so we can pick up The Wheel. The Wheel is really where juggling can end and a smooth ride begins.
The Wheel is all about prioritization, clarity, and confidence, baby! And if you're a parent, you know those are things you sometimes feel are in short supply. Let's shift that!
Thanks for listening!
Enjoy!
