    2024/04/02

I can now conclude that my favourite exercise is bobbing. So what exactly is 'bobbing'? Its simply floating in a body of water with no swimming or strenuous exercise. I love this wellness activity, I'm outside in the sun, listening to the sound of birds and seeing elements of nature. Its a body and mind experience that is truly soothing and does not get near enough attention. I recommend bobbing to all of you for relaxation and even an improved sleep.

  • Grounding For Your Health
    2024/03/05

What is grounding and how can we benefit from it?

Grounding is taking your shoes off and walking through the grass, sand, dirt – feeling nature beneath your bare feet. Its simple but we as a society rarely go out and experience nature or get a taste for what was once part of our daily routine.

In this episode, Todd and I discuss the practice of grounding and remember the times where we were young with our shoes off. The science behind this is not often acknowledge but all the ions in your body benefit from being connected to the earth. Ever wondered why you love camping so much? Swimming at the beach? Gardening? Or going for a walk in nature? It's all linked to reconnection to the earth and is the cheapest form of medicine.

    Enjoy friends!
