    There are a few key principles behind this:

    1. The power of decision isn’t in making the decision, it’s in sticking to it.
    2. Indecision causes stress by pulling you out of alignment.
    3. Often, indecision is a guise for fear.
    4. The cost of an unmade decision is higher than you think - and, often, higher than the cost of a wrong decision.
    5. We always, already know the right path (sometimes, we just can’t see it).
