  • Season 2: Episode 7: MENTAL SKILLS TRAINING TIP -- Extract Your Strength
    2022/12/27

In this episode, I explain 5 straightforward steps on how to identify your strengths during a problem. Why is it important?

The value of assessing a positive approach to a problem means we can lower self-criticism and view problems from a different lens. A situation has TWO perspectives, a problem has TWO perspectives and what we do in those issues has TWO options. Yet, most of the time we focus on what we’re doing wrong compared to what we’ve done right. Let’s work to extract the strength from problems and highlight the strength perspective.
